By now you all now that I’ve been living in Berlin for the past three years. I love light, I bathe in it, but I also need to be flexible enough in manipulating it when creating pictures. If you add to this equation that I am a sucker for aesthetics it took me about, yeah, you guessed it – three years to find curtains that wouldn’t destroy the feeling of open space whilst still dimming the light in a beautiful and natural way.
Imagine flexibility, no more unwanted harsh light, and the feeling of whimsy lightweight textile all combined in Kvadrat’s Ready Made Curtain designed by Ronan and Erwan Bouroullec. In my previous post I put together all the detailed info on which colors and fabric I picked. What do you look for when are you researching for curtains?
